Urgency of the research. International cooperation is an important means of formation of occupational mobility in the national educational area of higher school. This is supported by studying the experience of training of specialists in foreign countries. The ideas of representatives of different national schools about the characteristics of mobility specialist’s training in the field of physical education and sports are different. The experience of training of such specialists in the United States of America causes special interest.
Target setting. The search for possible ways to improve the quality of higher education in our country leads to study of world experience, in particular the system of physical education in higher education institutions of the USA. We argue such choice with high enough sports achievements in the world ratings of different directions (physical culture, sports, wellness direction, mass sports, etc.).
Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. Some aspects of sports management were explored by E. Khrykov, V. Bondar, T. Sorochan, V. Alfimov, O. Halus, L. Karamushko, V. Pikelna, V. Grigorash and other scientists. The problem of training of future Physical Education teachers abroad was studied by O. Berest, N. Borysenko, M. Vasilenko, N. Volkova, I. Gasyuk and others. The problem of professional mobility in the international context was analyzed by V. Bobrytska, N. Vasylenko, Y. Voynar, D. Navaretsky, I. Glazirin and others. The presented aspects of the studied problem allow us to focus on studying of the current state and experience of physical education in the United States of America.
The research objective. To investigate, in the context of the training of future Physical Education teachers, the structure of the formation of professional competencies with mobility content which take place in the USA education. To compare several approaches to the analysis of this phenomenon, in particular, those in which a professionally mobility specialist for the field of physical culture and sports is formed.
The statement of basic materials. The system of higher education of USA is characterized by a liberal system of university management and based on the absolute priority of institutional autonomy and minimal state intervention. The specialists’ training in physical education and sports field is no exception. Examining of the practice of a realization of the competency approach in different states of America has made it possible to build a nine-level flowchart that presents the professional skills, knowledge and abilities needed to be successful in a specific sphere of physical education or sports.
Conclusions. The situation in the field of American higher education shows its renewal with the current challenges of the 21st century, such as: knowledge economy, globalization, fast growing technologies, market demand for the new needs (lifelong learning), new providers of educational services (commercial) and new paradigms (competency-based education, distance education). Thus, the use of a competency approach in the higher education of the USA helps to shape the occupational mobility of future PE teachers. American physical education is not a service to the consumer, but a continuous process of transformation of its participants in the health educational space.

The research objective. To analyze foreign and national experience of organizing and conducting pedagogical practice of future primary school teachers, to determine the role and place of pedagogical practice in shaping the cultural competence of future teachers.
The statement of basic material. The author examines the types and duration of pedagogical practices in the UK, characterizes the main objectives of pedagogical practice in the United States in the context of the national objective to train an “effective multicultural teacher”. Based on the analysis of educational and professional programs of higher education institutions of Ukraine, the author characterizes such types of pedagogical practice of future primary school teachers as: the extra-curricular and out-of-school educational practice, the pedagogical practice in children's recreation camps, the educational and nurturing practice in the first grade, the teaching and educational practice.
Conclusions. The experience of organizing and conducting the pedagogical practice in higher education institutions, which provide the professional training of future primary school teachers in the UK and the USA, was analyzed. It was found out that the aim of teaching practice is to form a future specialist's readiness to work in a multicultural student environment. The specific feature of training the future primary school teachers in these countries is a significant amount of practical training and compulsory internship. Pedagogical practice in these countries is aimed at forming the components of cultural competence, in particular: sociocultural mobility, leadership, empathy, tolerance and awareness ((self)-awareness). The analysis of the experience and curricula of the national higher education institutions showed that the formation of cultural competence in the context of pedagogical practice involves the realization of cognitive, evaluative, creative and activity components of the teachers' professional activity.
