The Editorial Office adheres to the principles of open access and ensures the long-term preservation of scholarly publications with guaranteed availability for the academic community. Archiving is carried out in reliable and internationally recognised repositories that ensure the preservation of digital objects.
This policy covers both the journal’s main electronic archive and external repositories, including:
- the electronic archive of the journal available on the official website of the publication;
- V. I. Vernadskyi National Library of Ukraine;
- the repository of Mykhailo Dragomanov Ukrainian State University;
- Crossref;
- OJS;
- DOAJ;
- Index Copernicus;
- Google Scholar;
- ResearchBib;
- OUCI.
To ensure availability and long-term preservation, articles are stored using file formats with long-term support, including PDF, XML, and HTML; permanent DOI identifiers for each publication; regular data backup and recovery procedures; and reliable server systems and cloud storage with a high level of protection against data loss.
Every user has the right to freely download and use articles in accordance with the terms of the open access licence, such as Creative Commons or an equivalent licence. The journal supports data compatibility with search engines and scholarly databases to ensure maximum visibility and citation potential.
This policy guarantees the long-term preservation of and open access to scholarly publications, promotes transparency and support for the academic community, and ensures the reliable preservation of academic content in the digital environment.
