Urgency of the research. Volunteering is an important social phenomenon, especially in the context of modern challenges in Ukraine. It has become a key element of social mobilization, but its philosophical aspects have not been sufficiently studied. A deeper analysis of volunteering as a social activity based on moral values, altruism, and responsibility is needed.
Target setting. Since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, the volunteer movement has expanded significantly, demonstrating self-organization, motivation, and innovation. At the same time, its philosophical foundations remain insufficiently studied, particularly the connection with freedom of choice, moral duty, and the meaning of life. Its impact on personality and civic consciousness also requires research, which necessitates a comprehensive analysis of this phenomenon.
Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. The article analyzes the works of Ukrainian scientists who study various aspects of social activity. M. Uysimbaeva reveals its essence and significance for social development. S. Cherneta considers this concept from philosophical, psychological, sociological, and pedagogical points of view, identifying common approaches to its understanding. N. Kovtun analyzes the relationship between the concepts of “activity”, “social activity” and “activity”. A. Kotelevets clarifies the essence of social activity and explores its development in students through volunteering. V. Bolotova, N. Lyashenko, and T. Baydak characterize volunteering as a form of social activity.
The research objective. The purpose of the study is to determine the philosophical essence of volunteering as a form of social activity of an individual.
The statement of basic materials. Volunteering in Ukraine has developed significantly, especially in the face of modern challenges. It is studied within the framework of social philosophy, sociology, psychology, and pedagogy. The article examines the philosophical content of volunteering as a manifestation of social activity. Social activity is interpreted as a quality of personality or an activity that arises in social interaction. It includes manifestations such as volunteering, public movements, and political participation. According to researchers, social activity contributes to the development of personality, the formation of civic consciousness, and the harmonization of social relations. Volunteering is helping others and is a means of self-realization based on moral values, altruism, and responsibility. It has a deep philosophical content associated with the concepts of freedom of choice and the meaning of life. Ukrainian volunteering is distinguished by its scale, speed of mobilization, diversity of directions, and decentralization. It has become an important tool for social integration, uniting people around common goals.
Conclusions. Thus, volunteering as a form of social activity has a deep philosophical meaning. It is a way to help others and a path to self-knowledge, building harmonious relations with society, and finding the meaning of life. Through this activity, a person realizes himself as a moral being, affirming the values of goodness, freedom, and responsibility. Volunteering emphasizes that the meaning of life is revealed through serving others and creating good that leaves a mark in the world.

Urgency of the research. In the current context of Ukraine's post-war reconstruction, the concept of “green" digital transformation is gaining particular attention as a key factor in the sustainable development of regions. The combination of environmental principles with digital technologies allows not only for the restoration of destroyed infrastructure but also for making it more efficient, environmentally friendly, and innovative. The relevance of this topic lies in the fact that rebuilding cities and rural areas requires the implementation of sustainable solutions that minimize the negative impact on the environment, while the use of digital technologies is essential for optimizing urban infrastructure, transport, and resource management.
Target setting. Ukraine is moving towards European integration, which includes the implementation of the European Green Deal aimed at reducing the carbon footprint and ensuring the ecological sustainability of the economy, as well as financing projects related to "green" digital transformation. Green digital transformation plays a significant role in the economy and social sphere, in the innovative development of green business, and in creating new opportunities for entrepreneurship.
Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. This study draws upon the concepts of network consciousness developed by Ukrainian scholars such as V. Voronkova, V. Nikitenko, O. Kyvliuk, O. Sorokina, and others. Digital transformation is viewed as a fundamental element of economic security, as emphasized by S. Spivakovskii, O. Kochubei, O. Shebanina, O. Sokhatska, I. Yaroshenko, and T. Nych. At the same time, the works of I. Burlakova, B. Kovalov, P. Zauer, and A. Dvorzhak highlight the necessity of transitioning to a “green” economy model, which presents not only an environmental but also a civilizational challenge.
The research objective is to explore the possibilities of integrating environmental principles into the digital modernization of urban and rural infrastructure.
The statement of basic materials. The “green” digital transformation is not merely a technological trend, but a necessary condition for the sustainable recovery of Ukraine. It will contribute to economic growth, environmental security, social well-being, and Ukraine's integration into the global sustainable development framework. The European vector of Ukraine's development is aimed at improving the population's quality of life through environmentally clean urban environments, smart energy networks, and digital service accessibility. The “green” digital transformation is not only a technological process but also a profound philosophical choice that defines our future.
The technologies we develop should serve not only human needs but also the well-being of nature and its resources. This affects not only our economy but also our moral responsibility to future generations.
Conclusions. “Green” digital transformation reflects our ability to embrace changes rooted in love for nature, care for the environment, and responsibility to people. It is an opportunity not only to build new technologies but also to form new relationships with the surrounding world, creating a foundation for genuine, sustainable, and harmonious development. Although the path toward this goal is still long, this transformation may become the foundation for a better future in which technology and nature, economy and ethics, coexist in deep interaction and harmony.

Urgency of the research. The topicality of the topic is due to the insufficient conceptualization of the philosophical understanding of the value-motivational components of volunteering within the limits of world experience and comparative analysis. The substantive and substantive uncertainty of these components in the empirical dimension has intensified scientific discussions among humanities researchers regarding the need for theoretical substantiation of the philosophical and worldview foundations of volunteering.
Target setting. The formation and development of the system of opposing the enemy in the Russian-Ukrainian war involved the topic of volunteering in the context of its value-motivational components into scientific discussions.
Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. The source base of the research is the works of Ukrainian and Western scientists in the field of humanitarian sciences. Special attention is paid to the research of volunteer activities, in particular to the work of Ya. Blokha, V. Blihar, R. Drapushka, O. Ilyuk, N. Gapon, and A. Khudzitskaya-Chupala and others. Important are the studies of foreign philosophers and sociologists, in particular P. Aleksandrowicz, D. Bockermann, F. Frerichs regarding volunteering in Germany, as well as P. Dekker and L. Halman, who analyzed the values of volunteering. B. Voicu and M. Voicu investigated the specifics of volunteering in Europe.
The research objective. The tasks of the research are the analysis of the scientific approaches of domestic and foreign researchers to the philosophical and worldview determinants that determine the value aspects of volunteering; study of motivational factors that encourage people to volunteer in different countries of the world and their dependence on dominant value systems; substantiation of the conceptual foundations of the formation of the system of value components of volunteer activity in Ukraine.
The statement of basic materials. Volunteer activity is gaining new activity, playing a key role in the civil society of Ukraine. It contributes to the support of soldiers, veterans, victims and refugees, as well as to the mobilization of civil society resources. The volunteer movement spreads the philosophy of “good will as the will to good”, where a person finds meaning through helping others, growing morally and professionally, rethinking their own value orientations, which is the subject of our research.
Conclusions. The value-motivational components of volunteering vary depending on the country, age, education, social status, and field of application. For Western societies, the key motivations are cultural traditions, career development, learning and social interaction, while in Ukraine, volunteering is related to security challenges, helping the military and victims, as well as post-war recovery. Currently, it is based on the values of solidarity, humanity, social justice, cooperation, empathy and patriotism.

Urgency of the research.From the perspective of modern philosophy of education, which pays special attention to individuality, partnership interaction and critical reflection, the modernization of pedagogical strategies in language training is of paramount importance. In a globalized environment, proficiency in English, German, French or another international language is both a channel of communication and a tool for developing creativity and intercultural understanding. Fluent mastery of several languages is considered here not simply as a technical skill, but as one of the key factors in broadening the worldview, forming tolerance and flexibility of thinking of future teachers, who will later become conductors of knowledge for their students.
Target setting. Given the rapid development of information and communication technologies and the constant updating of the content of education, there is a need to create a system of language training that would correspond to the modern philosophical vision of education as a space for dialogue, self-development and joint search for truth. The problem is to determine the optimal ways of reforming curricula, methods and forms of organizing the educational process so that future teachers acquire the ability to quickly adapt to changes, develop flexible critical thinking in students and provide them with access to a variety of cultural and linguistic resources. To successfully implement such a task, thorough research into world experience, in particular British experience, is necessary, as well as taking into account the peculiarities of the national education system, which will generally contribute to improving the quality of specialist training and strengthening international educational cooperation.
Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. A significant contribution to the study of the features of the professional training of English teachers was made by domestic and foreign scientists, in particular I. Zadorozhnya, A. Podolyanska, A. Saulyak, O. Semynog, L. Strelchenko. They draw attention to the importance of taking into account psychological and pedagogical factors in the training of specialists, as well as the need to form communicative, linguistic and cultural and information and technological competencies. The studies emphasize a wide range of professional qualities of a teacher, including creativity, the ability to self-education and the willingness to work with audiences of different ages.
The research objective. Given the above challenges and the experience of researchers, the task of this article is to highlight the main vectors of modernization of language training of specialists using the example of the educational system of Great Britain and outline practical recommendations for its application in the conditions of national education. The implementation of this task will contribute to the improvement of the professional training of future teachers, increasing the level of their foreign language competence and competitiveness in the international labor market.
The statement of basic materials. The article analyzes the modernization of the system of professional training of teachers using the example of the educational experience of Great Britain, in particular, taking into account the fundamental state documents in the field of pedagogical education: National Standards of a Qualified Teacher, National Curriculum for Basic Teacher Training, etc. Attention is drawn to the fact that the modernization of the higher education system contributes to the introduction of innovative pedagogical technologies, the revision of traditional lecture-seminar forms of education and the more active involvement of students in tutoring, discussions, role-playing games, master classes and project activities. An important role in this is played by the many years of experience of universities and pedagogical colleges, which combine theory with an extensive system of practice in partner schools. Such an organization of education allows future teachers to try out different approaches to teaching at the training stage and, at the same time, develop the ability to reflect and improve their own professional skills.
Conclusions. It has been established that the modernization of foreign language pedagogical education involves the mastery of subject-specific and professional-pedagogical competencies, which should ensure the ability of future teachers to effectively use traditional and innovative pedagogical technologies, to carry out differentiation and individualization of foreign language teaching, to develop students' cultural and linguistic awareness, to adequately assess students' knowledge and monitor their success, as well as general skills in working with information and communication technologies, technical means of teaching and being able to develop models for optimizing foreign language teaching with their use.
