Urgency of the research. Today's academic education is a priority not only because of perfect patterns of learning, but also the formation of new knowledge, the creation of ideas about the world, ideal in education. Innovative transformation of vocational and postgraduate education systems, intensive development of branch training in enterprises and organizations, as well as systems of additional education, are actualized the search for new forms of training of professional workers, one of which is non-academic education. Non-academic education is an opportunity to find out the trajectories of professional integration of a person into society, the development of separate ways in accordance with its understanding.
Target setting. Are there any new opportunities for human education?
Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. The generally accepted need for European education is the openness of the process of obtaining knowledge, finding the meaning of life-long education, which is considered by the European Union as one of the main elements of a human social model. The UNESCO International Commission on Education has formulated the following directions of education for the twenty-first century: to be able to learn and study at any age; be able to work and create; learn how to live together; be able to live, be able to create. The degree of development of the topic of research in scientific works - L. Sigayeva considers the goal of adult education not only to ensure the optimization of professional mobility, but also to enable a person to be himself; L. Korchagina substantiates life-long learning as the creation of all the necessary conditions for obtaining the necessary person, society and state of education; Scientists J. Simeinа, R. Weldenb, H. Heikeb, S. Wleitenb and H. Boshussen emphasize that life-long learning is a combination of a person's innate abilities and knowledge.
The research objective. Actual and debatable is the question of the dependence of a successful career on academic education that is, ignoring innovations, a philosophical and cultural ideal that contains the natural tendency of development.
The statement of basic material. The main task of academic education is the training of specialists, the creation and development of an appropriate professional field of science, the development of theory and practice of teaching. Accordingly, modern trends in philosophy and pedagogy, academic education, as before, remain relevant and in demand, supported by both state and non-state institutions. But ordinary learning can be creative, not torn away from the problems of real life, which is considered as preserving the traditions, trends and changes characteristic of mass education. The desire to reject achievements and new solutions that meet the requirements of the present contribute to stagnation in educational thought. Non-academic education focuses on the multidimensional intuitive elaboration of professional models, which is solved through implementation, orientation in holistic reality, and a progressive combination of knowledge of the profession and professional activity.
Conclusions. The most actual characteristic of the current situation in the education system is the awareness of citizens of the need for education throughout their lives, with an emphasis on the professional aspect. Given the wide range of problems outlined above, one can draw attention to the fact that the number of students increases in non-academic education, the growing popularity of learning without interruption in production, the revival of adult education, the development of more flexible requirements and qualifications to get started. This should be taken into account when developing the procedural principles of the educational orientation of a person for the mastery of the norms of coexistence.

Urgency of the research. The growth of personal influence on various spheres of life is due to the level of knowledge gained by him. It is about the knowledge of perfect quality, or elite knowledge, on the basis of which the creative, productive part of society is formed. In the development of the individual, the problem of acquiring high-quality knowledge is not resolved, but, on the contrary, is actualized.
Target setting. Methodological analysis of the obtaining knowledge process, which studies the regularities of their learning, skills, determines the scope and structure of the content of knowledge, improves the methods and organizational forms of education, causes the very fact of the presence of elite knowledge. However, the study of the problem of elite knowledge requires clarification of the epistemological content of the concept of “knowledge”.
Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. The problem of modern knowledge in the context of elite knowledge is reflected in many publications, namely: V. Andrushchenko, V. Bekh, V. Ilin, V. Zahorodniuk, V. Kremen, Zh. Lakan, M. Mamardashvili, S. Proleiev and others.
The research objective. The study of the influence of scientific knowledge on the creation of elite knowledge, which helps to solve contradictions accumulated in the space of education.
The statement of basic material. The article examines the problem of quality knowledge in modern society. Education is linked with the global nature of the economy, which involves the acquisition of not only information, knowledge or skills, but also intellectual capital. Possession of such capital is the possession of elite knowledge, which opens up other ways of understanding reality. It acts as an activity of self-knowledge, reveals not only the internal structure of the human spiritual world, but also an understanding of the structure of socio-economic and cultural being. Elite knowledge reveals not only external but also internal interrelations - ontological, sociocultural, cognitive, moral and ethical, reveals the level of existential self-analysis.
Conclusions. Elite knowledge is objective knowledge, thanks to which scientific knowledge is promoted. Knowledge acquires elite status when it is the result of innovative intellectual and methodological reflections. At the same time, elite knowledge is always personal, because it is achieved thanks to its own judgments, which are based on creative potency and intuitive presentiments of the subject of knowledge. The fact of elite knowledge is also due to the fact that progressive ideas, theories, and views that form a non-intellectual field in which talents and geniuses appear are always formed and affirmed in the system of knowledge. Their knowledge becomes the basis of the formation of the intellectual elite.

Urgency of the research. The depth and unpredictability of the global processes of modern development have become a challenge for science, the objects of study of which are open and complex systems. Their decisive feature is the ability to self-organization and self-development. Understanding of the general principles underlying the processes of self-organization in various systems, including social ones, requires a new level of comprehension and non-orthodox approaches. They are shown by synergetics as a new methodology of cognition and a system of creative, extraordinary thinking.
Target setting. The separation of synergetic thinking as a separate type of cognitive theoretical activity leads to the comprehension and understanding of the development process of complex systems capable of self-organization, in their internal logic that has a creative, productive potential.
Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. The problem of synergetics as a scientific discipline and methodological system in Ukraine was considered in works by V. Kremen, V. Ilyin, V. Proleev, I. Dobronravova, S. Sysoev, L. Gorbunova, L. Shashkova. Principles and methods of synergetics were covered in the publications of A. Yerokhin, K. Mainzer, R. Evstigneeva, I. Prigogine, I. Stengers, V. Arshinov and others. The problem of synergetic thinking in education was solved in the works of E. Moren, O. Knyazeva, and others.
The research objective. Due to the inconsistency, unpredictability, dynamics of the modern development, the need for enhanced creative potential of thinking, as a special value idea in the comprehension of social processes, is strengthened. Throughout its history, human creates the world of his own existence, thus solving a completely creative task. Historical changes in the human world, evidenced by the development of culture, clearly confirm this situation. The solution to this problem is possible due to synergetic thinking, for which the factor of self-organization and internal structuring of the cognitive process is inherent. In the framework of this article, the task is to identify synergetic foundations of the contemporary world picture and its comprehension.
The statement of basic material. Synergetics is a science of self-organization of complex systems - biogeocoenosis, social systems, consciousness, human thinking, information and technology complexes. Synergetics seeks to create a "single field" of interdisciplinary communication, to form the principles of a scientific picture of the world. The unevenness of complex systems under certain conditions gives rise to the self-organization of both natural and social processes. As a doctrine of self-development, synergetics rebuilds contemporary worldview and thinking, through which one can understand the instability, nonlinearity, and openness of the modern world in its uniqueness and integrity.
Conclusions. The phenomenon of synergetics is characterized by the potential of creativity, since creative thinking in the process of its activities goes from chaos to order, from the established structure to innovation. Synergetic thinking is the most productive for the comprehension of the semantic space of the natural and socio-cultural world in the process of development of its systems capable of self-organization. Synergetics opens the constructive principles of building and combining relatively simple structures into complex ones. To construct a complex system one needs to creatively comprehend and choose the right direction for the further development of both society and personality.
