Urgency of the research. In the conditions of democratization of social processes, the humanization of the educational sphere deepens at all its levels from preschool education to higher education. Further processing of forms and methods of educational process in higher educational establishments on the basis of the principles of modern orientation on a holistic personality, his implementation of universal values and the right to choose determines the training of specialists that are capable to understand and develop children.

Target setting. Interactive teaching methods that were researched and introduced in recent decades have changed the configuration of the teacher's interaction with students from subject-objective to subject-subjective way. This significantly has increased the quality of acquired professional competencies by future teachers. But still it has not provided significant changes in their awareness, perception, activities with a child as a subject of interaction with adults. It is possible to achieve this by the methods of "immersion" of students into the sphere of their needs, interests, child’s choices, starting from an early age. This specification of the concept of a personal-oriented approach is demonstrated in this study.

Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. The concept of a personal - oriented approach to early and preschool children was originated in studies of European teachers - humanists of the Renaissance (Y. Komenko, J. Pestalozzi, J. Russo, etc). The concept of theory and practice has acquired its distribution in the world through the works of M. Montessori and its followers. In the conditions of democratization of the education and educational process, the concept was psychologically substantiated by studies of the scientific school I. Beh. The studies of L. Artemova showed a significant component of the personal development of young children - their selectivity from the first days of the newborn's life. Investigation of the choice of babies in the ontogenesis of early childhood showed that parents, teachers do not notice, do not consider, do not satisfy the natural and personal choice of babies. This led to the need to teach students - future caregivers to distinguish and understand the importance of babies choice for their progressive personal development. The investigation of an adequate methodology is the main content of this study.

The research objective. To work out educational tests that will encourage students in the process of their own choices: to understand and feel the choice of a baby; take a baby as subject of mutual interactions with adults in educational communication.

The statement of basic materials. As a result of the 3-year study of children from birth to 3-years, the content, methods, various manifestations of their daily choices in various spheres of need - emotional and personal life were detected. Obtained materials served as a content base for the training of educational tests, which the students carried out the choice procedure. In such organized practical choice, they learned to see, distinguish, understand, feel the choice of kids: lawful from unacceptable, expressed in various ways - emotional, oral, tactile, gesture, effective, etc. Due to the achievements and difficulties of their own choice, future educators participated in needs, interests, aspirations, cognitive capes, individuality of children that showed and characterized their subjects in personal development and growth.

Conclusions. This study confirmed the capacity and effectiveness of the processed methodology of educational tests for the "immersion" of adults in the world of babies to understand them, to accept them as subjects that they are and reckon with this in cooperation with them according to the concept of a personal-oriented approach.
